In.Tra.Flex S.p.A. has defined and intends to implement the following Policy for Quality and the Environment.

• Maintain the company’s mission to produce components (cables and casings) and not of the finished product, to assure the customer that we will never become a possible competitor.
• Pursue customer satisfaction as the main means for orderly and solid business development.
• Consolidate the current market position, maintaining both the reference customers and acquire new ones, with moderate annual increases in turnover, so not to require significant investments, particularly in terms of machines and systems.
• To produce the lowest possible impact to the environment, adopting the principles of environmental protection that comply with all the legal requirements or are otherwise expressed in regulated areas, in all activities related to the achievement of its corporate purpose.
• Establish, every year, targets, goals and programs to achieve them, to provide maximum transparency and reliability of data and assure confidence to the customers and the public opinion, that the targets set do not remain at the level of good intentions, but are put into practice.

It also aims to continuously improve its products, processes, to reduce the environmental impacts that they produce and to prevent all forms of pollution, adopting the measures described below, through which it undertakes:

• to make available resources, economic means and adequate skills, to assign powers and responsibilities in an optimal way and to define the procedures necessary for the correct and effective functioning of its Quality and Environmental Management System;
• to ensure that its activities are conducted in the most rigorous compliance, continued over time, with all applicable regulations, including environmental ones, relevant to its field of action, as well as with all local and company regulations concerning aspects of environmental protection , health and safety of workers and safety in the workplace;
• to improve its efficiency, both for quality and for the environment, on an ongoing basis, evaluating, from time to time, the economic feasibility of using the best technologies available on the market;
• to establish year by year objectives, targets and programs appropriate to the nature, size and environmental impact of its products and processes;
• to put its Customers in a position to have products with an increasingly lower environmental impact, compatibly with the operational needs of the Customers themselves.

The Quality and Environmental Policy, the objectives and the established programs are communicated to all the people who work directly for In.Tra.Flex SpA, and to the bodies concerned.
